Mednesday 13 May 2015 gCampania universities have them “RIMIC: the digital future of Campania ", an important moment to share the results of the RIMIC project (P.O.N-funded. ' Research and Competitiveness ' 2007-2013 by the Ministry of education, University and research for an amount of € 13.400.000, of which € 530.000 for the Training project) and, in particular, to submit infrastructure dark fiber and the CIX Campania Internet Exchange.
The RIMIC network, acronym of Inter-university network of Multiservice Interconnection Bell, It was created on a regional scale and designed to be managed by seven universities on our territory according to a shared and federated logic, with the objective of ensuring the communication, cooperation and the provision of value-added services.
